I just want to apologise as the last time I was on the boards must have been April/May time. A lot has happened as I have moved away from York and I have been promoted and work in the seaside town of Bridlington! Otherwise I have been rather busy trying to get my weight down, attempting to run again, I will be competing in the New York Marathon in November.

Just want to say sorry as I do have a few responsibilities as a mod and need to get back onto the boards a lot more than I have been recently.
