Can anyone help. I was too late to buy tickets for this gig as it wasn't advertised very well. However, and I think I'm not dreaming, when watching VH1 a couple of weeks ago, they advertised that the concert would be should on 6.4.05 and I made a note in my diary. But for the life of me, I cannot see this concert on any of their schedules for tomorrow. Have I already missed the concert on tv, or has it been moved to another day? Any ideas anyone.

Thanks for the reply. When I saw the advert on the telly, I must have thought that's when they were going to show a recording on VH1 on the 6th April. I would think that VH1 are going to show it some day. Just have to keep checking the schedules.
;D ;D ;D

Hi All Hopefully the gig will appear on TV soon. I was lucky enough to have tickets and thankfull Peter Kay was outstanding - I say thankfully because by and large the "friends" that were supporting Peter thoughout the night were pretty terrible. Reginald D Hunter was great as was Ed Byrne but as for the others, well as I say pretty terrible, Barabara Nice and some Vernon Kay lookalike whos name I cannot remeber were the worst of the bunch. It was a good night however just to see Peter performing for the first time in quite some time - as hilarious as ever! Cheers

Yeah i was there aswell and the support line up was rubbish, last year was Little Britain, Ricky Gervais and Jimmy Carr!!!! This year it was John Thompson (cold feet, fast show) he was awful, really old material. Reginald D Hunter was suprisingly good, his act was fearly simple stuff but it worked. Then i think it was Barbara nice (AKA Holy Mary), now i've seen her before supporting Dave Spikey and she was great, but the other night she was crap, absolutly died on her arse!!! Noel Fielding (The Mighty Boosh) He was shocking, just not what a Peter Kay audience was looking for at all. He was just bizzare, his initial jokes would be funny but then he would go off on one with it for 3 or 4 minutes each time and it got boring. see this link for what Peter Kay thought of him............ www.mirror.co.uk/3am/tm_objectid=15383027&method=full-name_page.htmlCatherine Tate came on and did a sketch as the school girl she does, "Do I look bovad!". she was funny but i think she was under used on the night, because her tv show is fantastic. Ed Byrne was great, usually is i've seen him 2 or 3 times and he is really likeable. And finally The Legend that is Mr Brian Potter came on and sang half a dozen songs, "Wind beneath my wheels" and "You'll never Roll alone!" amongst them. All in all it was a great night, Peter did some stuff i'd never heard before and some old stuff, but when it's for charity you can't expect him to use all new material. He makes it look so easy, especially when some of the others made it look so difficult!!! We were sat near Matt Dawson ( England Rugby Player/ Question of sport captain) who i had my photo took with and when we came out i had my photo took with Ralf Little (Royal Family/Two Pints of Lager and a...) and Max from Hollyoaks !!!! Also sat a couple of rows behind us was "Ron Weasley" From Harry Potter films. I was very star struck!!!!!
